You can always look at another one of our branded safes that already have an outlet and light kit or you could always purchase additional light kits or dehumidifiers that do not need to be plugged into an outlet. As for the bolting of the safe, this unit comes with a bolt down kit that is used to mount it to the floor but it is not meant to be mounted to a wall. SHIPPING WAS NOT GOOD ! THE SAFE HAS A SMALL DENT WHICH I DID NOT DISVOVER UNTIL SEVERAL WEEKS LATER WHEN I REMOVED THE BOX. ONR OF THE TEMP FEET WAS BADLY BENT MAKING IT EXTREMELY HARD TO REMOVE IT. THE OUTER BOX WAS RIPPED IN SEVERLA PLACES. PLEASE LET xpo KNOW THAT IF i HAD BEEN THERE WHEN IT WAS DELIVEREC, I WOULD HAVE REFUSED IT
