JUNK!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!! WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTY

Mine was junk. The door would not open and shut correctly and the electronic lock quit working within a month. Winchester sent a repairman to fix it but he came without knowing the combination to the new electronic lock and just left without it working! I had to call Winchester myself and get the combination but when I entered it the electronic lock still would not work. The technician Precision Lock and Safe would not come back and fix his mistakes and Winchester safes would not send anyone else? Be advised if you purchase this you really have no warranty!

Delivery Delay Dismay and Pistol Pocket Problems

1) Tractor Supply Company (TSC) should seriously consider a different carrier for delivery. XPO is very inadequate and mars the reputation on of TSC. The delivery information is NOT updated frequently, is inaccurate when it is updated, delays are common and the delivery window is too long.. My safe was supposed to be delivered on a Monday, so I took the day off. Delivery window opened and closed, no contact from XPO representatives until I called. I was told it was delayed due to weather, but there was no "weather" to be delayed for. The new date was provided, the next Monday, so I took another day off. Again, no contact from XPO, no safe delivered, so I again called and was given no reason for delay, only that it was scheduled to be delivered Tuesday. Safe arrived, delivery person was VERY rude, and unaccommodating. THE ENTIRE DELIVERY WAS LESS THAN ACCEPTABLE!!!
2) The pistol pockets (3) mounted on the door, do NOT allow the door to close easily when a "double-stack" pistol is inserted in the upper or lower pockets. The middle pocket does allow the door to close easily but adding a pistol in either the upper or lower pistol pocket makes the door close hard because the pistols contact the felt-lined shelving system inside the safe.

Even though I ended up purchasing the floor model on account that was the only one they had, it's a great safe. It had no cosmetic flaws and functioned perfectly. It fits my needs just fine
