I apologize for the delay. I needed assistance setting up my passcode. It is all set up and seems to be working well, it did arrive with one small dent missing paint on an edge, but it doesn’t affect the usage. Size is plenty big for what I need.

I ordered online since none of the local stores keep a small fireproof safe in stock, although the shipping reviews were very negative. I unpacked the safe with no visible damage to the outside of it, now I will get to the real problems (yes, more than one). I placed the batteries in and nothing, changed out the batteries and again, nothing. I called customer support, which has been great - I told him of the problem and he said he would mail me a new circuit board and reset button. I received these items and installed to no avail - still no power. I pulled the protective coating off the battery box and sure enough - the hot connector was completely off. I tried to reconnect but could not get it to stay connected. I called customer service again and asked them to send me a new battery box with both connectors installed correctly this time. I was told that they did not have these in stock and would see if they could find one. So as of right now, I have spent probably two hours working on the internals of this safe and waiting on parts that may never come. I honestly did not want to return due to the weight and having to load, unload and take to a pickup location - should have just returned for refund.

I purchased this as a home safe and specifically paid more for the safe for the electronic buttons as opposed to the dial. I pick up from the store and take it all the way back to my house. When I open I find they sent me the dial version. Carry the monster back to my car and drive back to the store. The store manager says she can’t process the return because they sent the wrong item because it item will now be in the store inventory wrong. I try telling her that’s why I want the return. Come to find out Tractor Supply doesn’t have the key pad safe so they knowingly sent me the wrong cheaper item and still charged me the higher price. So I’m waiting in the store 10 min while the in store person is arguing with customer support why they don’t want to take back because it will affect the store inventory. I know mistakes happen so I wasn’t upset about that. I’m more upset about knowingly sending me a different item and then saying I can’t get a refund for the amount I paid because the SKU didn’t match.

Good quality product and easy to set up. Instructions were well written making them easy to follow. This safe has a spacious interior and is sturdy. Touch keypad is also easy to use for entry.
