I've always wanted an infrared sauna, and after hearing positive things, I finally got one. I've noticed a real improvement in my aches, pains, and energy levels, and my overall well-being has increased. The sauna arrived in three large boxes, which we moved with a dolly. Assembly was simple, and we installed a new plug on its own circuit breaker. It now resides in my garage, and I'm incredibly happy with it.
