This gear oil is designed for year-round, all-weather use and exceeds the viscosity requirements of SAE J306, as well as the rigorous performance standards of API GL-5 and API MT-1.

API GL-5 designates service for hypoid gears in automotive axles operating under high-speed and/or low-speed, high-torque conditions.
