- A: Hi jeff, To loosen seized parts, you should spray the oil on thoroughly and let it sit. For specific stubborn bolts, let the product sit for about 10 minutes was effective for removal. We do not know how big the plow is so we are unable to answer how many is needed.13 days agoHelpful?

Always like having a can of kroil oil around. The oil that creeps gets into where I want it but personally I think it is way overpriced.

I was introduced to this at a nuke plant I was working at. This is what they used to soak anything prior to disassembly, and put a layer on during any rebuild to prevent rusting. This stuff works great. I now use it on everything at home and use it for my HVAC business. I put that stuff on everything. I asked my gunsmith one day what he used in the shop on his guns. He said the same stuff y’all use at the plant. I asked Kroil? Yes he said, I’ve been using it for years. The best part is the smell. Everytime I open my gun safe it’s like aromatherapy. Thanks for consistently making a great product and not changing the formula. If it works don’t change it. I really appreciate a great product like this.
