Shop-Tested Compressor Oil, saves compressors & $$

I spend a lot of time flipping compressors, and I see toasted pumps all day long. Worst part is, 90% of them died simply because nobody ever cracked the drain plug and changed the oil. I switched my rebuilds over to Tractor Supply's Traveller SAE 30, and the viscosity and boundary lubricity are right where they need to be—the difference is night and day. Pumps run noticeably cooler thanks to great thermal stability, and they spin quieter and smoother right out of the gate. For the price, it’s unbeatable insurance. It lets me keep my prices fair while handing off a reliable unit that won't give the buyer grief. Absolute staple for the shop shelf. Try some in your compressor, you can't lose.

Hard to find oil at the best price I could find !

I have an all original 1946 GMC pickup truck . Which calls for straight 30 weight non detergent oil . Which is very hard to find even at automotive specialty stores. Not only did Tractor Supply have the quantity I need it but also at the best price I could find ! I was very happy with the oil’s performance and price . I’ll be back for the next oil chance
