This stock tank is ideal as a waterer/feeder for horses and other large animals or a grooming/flea dipping tub for large dogs. It's also suitable for everyday lawn and garden usage. Made from sturdy LDPE (low-density polyethylene), it comes with a black plastic finish. This Tuff Stuff oval tank is built to last.Note: Product may vary by store. Stick with Rubbermaid

Have always used Rubbermaid Stock Tank. Thought I would try something different. While testing before using it leak at the drain plug. I really tightened good and the water stopped leaking. OK, I can deal with that. So now that I was done testing, I went to unscrew the drain plug to drain the water. The plug would not unscrew, instead the whole piece that it screws in unscrewed for what it was attached to and separated. Yeah, it drained You would need to clamp the part on the inside of the tank to just remove the drain plug. Not acceptable. Took it back and got the Rubbermaid.

Very disappointed with our new Tuff Stuff 110-gal Stock Tank. We have one in another pasture that meets our needs and wanted to replace an older Brute that began to leak via a crack. Our 2-year-old Tuff Stuff is great, easy to clean, walls are relatively stiff so we can dump a < half full tank. Our new one is EXTREMELY flimsy and seems to bulge out when full. Dumping is not easy due to being flimsy. It reminds me of the Rubber Vase in "You've Got Mail". "Is it porcelain? Rubber."

Product was working fine but the small drain hole at the bottom makes for hard cleaning as it’s too near the base and easily lost. After a months use it leaks!!! And in this hot sun not having water for livestock is a no go.

Nice size and great price! I use these both for hay/feed tubs and water gardens. Bought 5 to stock up for summer projects and replacing leaking galvanized water troughs. They will break if horses toss them around but for feed it doesn't matter. I just wire the sides back together.

Worked great until they don’t. My horse paws if I take to long to feed and he managed to crack the tub in half all the way to the bottom of the tub. We use two per stall. One for water one for hay. The water one is a year old and the feed on is slightly older. I’m worried the other one will go out soon if he kicks or paws at it and they are so expensive I can’t afford to replace these every 15 months

I’ve only filled it up to about a third and it seems okay. However I received a pretty banged up tank. I’m scared some of the knicks might be deeper and it will eventually leak down the road when I cannot return it. We’ll see. The plug is pretty easy to remove.
