Great water troughs and feed troughs for horses

After reading reviews about how these troughs leak, I felt compelled to write a review. I have 15 of these troughs, 6 in the 40 gal. size and 9 in the 110 gal. size. I have had these troughs for several years (bought them too long ago to remember when). Not one of them has ever leaked. They are very tough and durable. They are used and abused by our horses and our dogs and they have deep scrapes in them and still don't leak. We are not careful with them, we toss them around. They have had 3" of water freeze solid in them. I have also drilled several 1" holes in the bottom and sides of these troughs to use for hay feeders, and I have plugged these holes using both "Amazing Goop" and silicone caulk and had them completely water tight with no dripping or leaking for several years now. I will never own another water trough for my horses. If these troughs were prone to leaking, you would think that one of my 15 troughs would have leaked by now but I still have no leaks, and we are so very rough with them. As easy as it has been for me to plug the holes I have drilled in them and not have any leaks, I am surprised that the reviews complaining about leaks didn't simply use some silicone caulk or Amazing Goop to seal up their troughs. They must have purchased a trough with a defect, because these troughs are awesome. I have owned 3 Rubbermaid troughs purchased years ago, and the drain plugs stripped out easily and leaked after a short period of time.

yes this tank does crack in the winter time & i hope i can get them to replace it or i'll never buy another one. gets kinda expensive buying new tanks every year!

Home for Goldfish Fry

So I needed a fairly nice size,”fish safe” material tub to keep goldfish fry in, and this 40 gallon tub did the trick! Though the edge of tub was thick, it still allowed me to affix a filter, and the capacity to hold plenty of water for approximately 30 fry, offered temporary housing until they were big enough to return to my pond. When I clean my small pond in the Spring, I have places that will take them. This would also serve as a place I can treat fish if necessary.
