Never Arrived

I ordered this online and it never arrived. I went twice to pick up at the store and they thought they had it because it said delivered but couldn’t find it. I had to wait in line twice. Once to get them to look for it and then again to get the refund. The line was ver long. I had tried calling but after waiting on hold a half hour did the call back and it took 6 hours to call back so I missed the call.

Never arrived, and no one cares

It may have been great, but I never received it. It was listed as delivered, but no idea where it was delivered. I took it up with both FedEx and Tractor Supply, and neither was able to help me. So, with shipping cost I am now out $81.07, through no fault of my own. I think Tractor Supply should have taken this up with FedEx on my behalf since that is the shipper they chose. Won’t be ordering anything online from Tractor Supply ever again.
