Smells so good!

Got this candle because me and my husband love the smell of lilacs. The candle smelled so nice. Must like being outside on a spring day

I purchased 2 candles from this brand which don't seem to be available on TSC anymore at this time. The Banana Nut and Apple Pie fragrances. I was happy with the size and fragrance of both candles, but buyer beware, I would give zero stars if I could. I have been burning candles for YEARS, and these are by far the dirtiest burning candles I've ever had. Lots of black soot/smoke coming from them, to the point that it left soot on my hanging lamp several feet above the candle as well as the ceiling. But leading up to me noticing this, I had one burning while I cleaned the house a couple days ago, as I usually do. My smoke alarm went off - I was not cooking, we don't have a woodstove, and nothing else was burning in my home. I went into the livingroom and noticed it was very hazy, but my candle was safely burning away. That's when I found the soot and put the candle out. Later that night I blew my nose and there was noticable soot in the contents of my tissue, much like if I spent considerable time around a bonfire (I have2in months FYI). Now 2 days later, I was a little congested this morning when I got up (not uncommon for me) and coughed up some gunk from my lungs (again not uncommon for me) but what was different? THERE WAS STEAKS OF BLACK SOOT IN IT!! FROM INSIDE MY LUNGS!!!!!! I 100% do not recommend these candles and mine are going back to the store!
