Good extra layer for those colder days

The 2 star rating is for the process - not the product. No info on product - need to reorder as size was too small. Process was frustrating and disappointing. Ordered to have shipped to the store (even though there was a charge), because I wanted to support local business and info said that delivered to house would be after Christmas (12/27), but shipped to store would arrive before Christmas. So I chose to drive the 18 miles to the store! Several days after ordering received e-mail saying product would be delivered to the store on 12/27 - product did not come in to the store until 12/30. Then there was a mix up and they sent me home with the wrong package so I had to drive back to the store again to exchange for my package - a total of 72 miles for 2 trips! Received a "sorry" but no offer of compensation such as dropping the shipping charge, etc. Poor customer service from the beginning - disappointing!

Unbeatable as a glove liner under heavier gloves in very cold weather. With out gloves off, you have great dexterity, but shouldn't be used for any heavy work.
