I just received my Superhandy Gut166. It was easy to put together but the joystick will NOT WORK and move the chair????? Yes, the motor locks are in drive mode and the joystick is powered up correctly. I called the 800 number but they do not have a live human for support or troubleshooting. I have sent an email but no response yet!!!!

No, I do not recommend this product.

To fast ant low speed.

The chairs lowest speed is to fast for using inside the house. Which is what we purchased it for, The MFR say that the speed is not programable, for a slower speed.
