Excellent for the cash.

Perfect for the homeowner. Easy to unpack and assemble. Their is a quick start guide.... follow it and the engine started on the second pull. Is you don’t follow starting instructions you will have a hard time starting, just like any other small engine. I’ve used it 4 times since purchasing and the second time I did not pay attention to starting instructions and struggled until I did. It provides a good presser over electric and good gpm over the electric units for almost the same money. (Yes their are cheapo electric ones and mine broke in under 25 uses). Although I have 5 stars their are two drawbacks. One hose storage, I would rather it rolled on the side like the next unit up. The second, I would rather changeable tips over the all in one - personal preference as I want the second story soap tip. But value for price is exceptional. PS- anyone who says the union”leaked all over in the box” need to pay attention that they TEST every unit and it’s the excess water in the unit that splashed around.

Simpson - No, TSC - YES!

Pump did not work, found out that this is a known issue with this model, called simpson and they wanted me to take it 70 miles away from my house to a warranty repair shop. When I explained that this was not a warranty issue, the pressure washer was defective out of the box they still only gave me the option of taking it to one of their repair facilities. Tractor Supply Co., where I purchased it from was amazing! They did not have the same model in stock at any of their near by stores, so they exchanged the pressure washer for a different pressure washer and gave me a discount off the purchase price because the new one was more expensive than the original. I DO NOT recommend this pressure washer, but I highly recommend Tractor Supply Co. for their Amazing customer service!

Garbage product

I have had this unit for approx. 18 months and have used it twice. The second time was this weekend and it is garbage, I replaced the spark plug and rebuild the carburetor. Still nothing so I decided to check the compression and it shows 0 compression. I can see why they discontinued this product, because it was garbage.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great Pressure Washer

I’ve had mine 4-5 years and all I’ve had to do is change the spark plug on it, it is very loud but I love that mine came with the different degree tips built into the handle. I thought this would for sure fail after some time but it has not let me down yet. Knock on wood.

Easy start, but sometimes won't build pressure.
Wand leaked from day one. Had to replace it. Soap dispenser never worked correctly, and now leaks. Had MI-Tm before, and will go back.
