Netop sez thanks!

With all the choices to be made for our pet Netop, this has been the best for him. It did take him about 2 weeks to get accustomed to the concept of using his paws and head to enter into his catio, and once he did he used it well. Then it was time to install the second cat door allowing him full freedom from our having to be his doorman. A good solid product, easy to install. Many Thanks

Don't buy

a month ago
I bought this 3 weeks ago trying to get more sleep, as kitty wants in and out all night. It was difficult training him, as he is an old stubborn cat. We were just getting results when one morning (thankfully I was home) he got his paw stuck in the rigid door! He was howling and hissing and could not get his paw out. I had too pull his paw and he sadly limped away. Rigid plastic doors are not the answer for cats!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Cat trap

Easy enough installation, but the door wedges straight down and trapped my cat's paw in the little opening at the bottom. He screams and can't free himself. I couldn't get the door open without breaking his toes, so I had to cut the cat door off at the hinges. He's still limping the next day. Do not recommend for people who leave it unattended.

GREAT! replacement door is SO MUCH BETTER than the original. Quality is SUPERIOR. The holes line up PERFECLY and installation was AWESOME. Quick and simple, the new design with dial at the bottom is SO MUCH EASIER and more functional. THANK YOU!!!!
