product is good. made from heavy steel. wish all the parts were shipped so I could have completed putting the cart together in one day. I did call the number that was located on the assembly manual and the people I spoke to were very nice and helpful. great plus there considering how things are today.

Just had this cart delivered today. Didn’t say anything about the bed/body being 2 separate pieces. That’s very unfortunate. Seemed like sturdy enough steel while still in pieces. The cheap grade 0 hardware that’s included is a joke. They don’t even provide any locking mechanism for the bolts or nuts. Also unfortunate. After my first final assembly following the directions step by step to a T, I set the cart on its wheels and it’s twisted and crooked. The locking dump mechanism doesn’t line up. The “tailgate” doesn’t fit. The whole thing is completely twisted. But every seam and line lines up perfectly. Attempt to loosen the grade 0 hardware only to find that most of them won’t loosen all the way. Most likely due to the soft metal melting and deforming during tightening. So now the majority of this hardware must be cut off and replaced with NEW hardware that I must purchase on my own. So, I threw the directions and the factory hardware in the trash where they belong. I reassembled the cart upside down with all new hardware leaving everything loose until it was all together. Needless to say nothing lined up properly. Panels were bent incorrectly. Holes didn’t line up. What a joke. I had to use a piece of plywood and make a jig to keep the body straight as I tightened each bolt, removed bolts to make holes line up squarely, adjusted each piece so it would sit correctly and anything that moved lined up properly. After many hours of unnecessary screwing around and spending more money it’s finally together and functions somewhat properly for what it is. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
