AS A GUIDE: One 33.3 lb. block to every 10-20 head of cattle. Expected consumption is 1 to 2 pounds per 1,000 lb animal per day. If consumption is more than 2 lbs. per head per day, take out a block. If consumption is less than 1 lb. per head per day, add a block.
