Brand new…. Rusty hayring

This product arrived with weathered areas of peeling paint and lots of rust. It’s a known fact that product of this nature, sits out in the weather in their lot. However, I feel the manufacturer could improve upon the durability of the paint to survive the weather longer.

Yes, I recommend this product.
