[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug doesn't stop pilling and dropping fibers everywhere. The edge of the carpet isn't really finished or bound, so loose fibers come out. The rug is easy to trip over. There's a lot of inconsistency in the pattern. The material is cheap, it just falls apart, and it looks worn out after normal wear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug came and looks wise it is lovely! But I can't lie, it does feel kind of cheap compared to other rugs I've owned in the past. There is a strong factory odor initially that has dissipated after 2 weeks but it's gone now which is good.

Rug arrived folded which worried me, but after a couple of days the creases were almost gone with just a few minor ones left. The only issue is that there is a foot long stain in one corner of the rug. At first I thought it was dirt, but after blotting with a damp white towel and nothing coming up, I’m now sure that it is a manufacturing defect that is woven in. Returning a 10x14 rug is no small feat so we rotated it around so most of the corner is covered by an end table, which is fine except that I can never rotate it for even wear.
