Spindle holes not threaded for bolts

The spindles were made of aluminum. The holes for the bolts to go into to attach to the mower deck were not even fully threaded. Two of the four holes were not threaded past the opening. I had to take both spindles to a machinist and pay to have the holes threaded in order to get the bolts to go into the holes. This cost me an additional $50 and a lot of extra running around and time.
