- A: The heater itself does not have a reset button, however it does have a reset button for the thermal protector. When the internal temperature of the unit exceeds 110°C (230°F), the thermal protector will cut off the power to prevent the machine from operating and causing a potential fire hazard. After allowing the internal temperature to cool down for 10 to 30 minutes (depending on the situation), you need to open the rear panel and manually reset the thermostat. Only then can the heater resume operation; otherwise, the main switch on the back will light up but the unit will not work.4 months agoHelpful?

- A: Yes. There are TWO Timer settings that BOTH have to be set to double zero "00". Plug it in. Leave the power OFF. Push the Timer button until it shows double zero "00". Leave it setting there until it stops flashing at double zero "00". Now turn the power ON. Push the Timer button until it shows double zero "00" again.
