Absolutely No Communication!

SHOP ELSEWHERE! After placing my order, I received several contradictory texts and emails as to the delivery date. Conformation of the order stated that someone would need to be here to sign for delivery, so I took time off of work to be here on specified date. Tried calling TSS to confirm date of delivery within specified hours of operation...set on hold for over an hour with no answer...after that date had came and gone, took more time off of work to sign for delivery that I was texted and emailed about condltradicting dates...finally got a call from delivery company day before delivery that was several days after delivery date originally specified in text and emails. Cost me several days off from work that could have easily been avoided by simply answering questions I sent through portal...almost three weeks later I get an email responding to questions I asked through portal...way too late.
I even asked for refund through portal several days before ambiguous delivery date. Can not get ahold a person on the phone and extremely delayed responses through online portal...No response until several weeks later...feels like a scam trying to purchase through TSS...Terrible experience...absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...SHOP ESLEWHERE!
No, I do not recommend this product.

Good quality for the price point.

I have owned my tractor for 4 years and have not had any issues with it. Following all the maintenance care instructions this tractor has always started after winter storage, no rust, have only needed 1 set of blades, the mechanical structure is durable, the steering system provides maneuverability, the Briggs & Stratton engine has been reliable. The grass cutting technology lifts the grass so an even cut is achieved.

Do not recommend.

We purchased this and when we got it home and husband put gas in it instantly started leaking. Tractor supply managers were very helpful but Husqvarna was not. We were unable to speak to any live agent! We emailed with no response as well. We ended up having to take it to dealership in Marietta to get it fixed (under warranty)
No, I do not recommend this product.
