Improving with time

I wanted an electric mower because I don't have the strength to lift the gas can, I also want something that was environmentally friendly. I chose Greenworks robomower after reading several reviews. I have been a bit disappointed because I keep getting error codes. We have had a lot of rain so the grass has grown fast and the ground is soft; my mower seems to get stuck a lot, even leaving ruts in the ground. I thought the wheels would be good on slight inclines but not so much. Now that it's had a few weeks to catch up, it's doing better and I hope 'Romow' will be as great as I think it should be. One more thing, every storm that knocks out power my cell phone says it's disconnected or ask if I need to create a new map.

Periods of heavy rain and rapid grass growth can sometimes create more demanding mowing conditions, so it is encouraging to hear that your AiMowbot is making progress as your lawn conditions improve. We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter error codes or connectivity concerns, especially after a power outage.
We appreciate that you have been in contact with one of our technicians, and we are continuing to investigate the concerns you reported so we can work toward a resolution.
Regarding the power outage, when power is interrupted, your reference antenna will temporarily lose power and will automatically turn back ON once power is restored. The message that appears when the reference antenna is powered off and back on is a safety measure. It is intended to remind users that if the reference antenna was physically relocated, the mower would need to be re-mapped.
As for the mower being disconnected, please allow some time for the mower to reconnect to the cloud after power has been restored. On the HMI screen, the signal indicator will display a cloud symbol with a checkmark once the mower is successfully connected to the app.

Needed to hire landscaper to cut my lawn !

Purchased late July put it together pretty simple. Tractor runs well but the blades don’t turn on now. I need to take it to a tractor mower repair shop waiting for them to come pick up next week sometime hopefully

I canceled this order on August 4th, I was told I would be refunded within five business days. There's an open case on it but they can't figure out where the product is so they won't refund me even though they know it didn't get delivered.
