Good ride, nice cutting, excellent steering

A good lawn tractor at a reasonable price. Includes three 60V 10Ah batteries, with room for three more (I can't find out where to buy them though).
Decent ride on bumpy ground.
Batteries can be charged while in the tractor through a flap at the front.
The steering is fantastic - power assisted I think, which makes sharp turns easy.
The anti-scalping wheels seem to work well on uneven ground.
The seat is ok, but lacks support and armrests to keep you in the seat on slopes.
The manual is a little lacking. For example I didn't know that the park brake works differently to a car, and cannot be engaged unless you push the foot brake fully down first. Also to release the park brake, you have to push down on the foot brake again. Finally, the manual doesn't mention that having the park brake engaged is needed while turning on the tractor, otherwise you get a red warning light (plus beeping) and you can't switch on the deck motor.
Finally, unpacking the crate was a lot of work. It would be much easier if you have a hydraulic fork-lift or are strong enough to lift up the tractor at either end, prop the ends with bricks, and cut through the crate wood near the ground with a mini reciprocating saw. A lot of dangerous crate nails too!

Won't start. Doesn't do anything

If talking with trouble shooter doesn't fix mower it's going back to TSC. But I will try to buy one more Time again. I have several battery power tools and they work great.

It’s fine, with 2 issues

This mower is ok. Does what it’s designed to do, although all the warning beeps are annoying. 2 problems. There is no approved service center in CA. The repair technician has to contact Prorun to become “approved “ to get parts etc without violating the warranty. Next, this mowers ads say it’s set up for towing and comes with a hitch. But if you read the manual, it says do not tow with this mower. It’s a bummer because I have 5 acres and wanted to tow my garden trailer around to maintain things.

We purchased this in January 2026. I was reluctant to purchase an Electric Riding Lawn Mower. Because were in California we have no choice. We're very pleased with our purchase. This unit has been great! Not so easy to put together. I had to hire someone to come unpack & assemble for us. It's a great unit & I would recommend to anyone. It's a lot more expensive than the Gas Powered but we really like this unit much more. Super easy to use & love not having to deal with gas & oil.
