Total waste of money

I've heard about this brand for years, and know a few people who like them. So I bought one. I've had it for 45 days, used it three times, and it has been an absolute nightmare. I have had nothing but trouble since the day I brought it home. The choke lever won't stay in place when I try to start it. I have to hold on to it. That's dangerous. After it gets warm it won't start until I disassemble it, remove and clean the plug, and let it dry for at least an hour. I can't shut it off, because it will not start again. I thought about asking for service help, but if a new saw won't work any better than this, I doubt there is any hope. If you're considering one, save your money. Keep looking.

From the first time I started it up and every time I have used it. it will NOT idle and dies after all most every cut unless im holding the throttle a little. And its hard to get started. Most of my experience with this chainsaw has been very negative I have never had a 440 run this bad

Terrible design.

Didn’t even get through one tank of fuel before the chain lock seized up. Definitely very disappointed. The engine ran awesome and it was cutting grate. The brake broke and wouldn’t allow it to release and continue cutting.
