When I bought my Husqvarna string trimmer, I also bought the premixed fuel mainly because Husqvarna offered me an extended warranty for buying the fuel. In my way of thinking I was getting two for one. I had fuel I could use and also 2 more years of warranty on the trimmer for less than what a two-year warranty would cost. After using the premixed fuel for a cutting season, I was really impressed that at the start of the next cutting season the trimmer fired right up as if it was brand new. I thought well, it is new all most. On the 3rd and 4th year the same happened... WOW!!!, by now using the fuel you mix yourself I would have had to put in a new spark plug not to mention crank and crank and crank to get it to run. I was very Impressed that the premixed fuel seemed to cure all of the other unpleasant experiences I have had in the past when mixing my own fuel. The premix Husqvarna fuel is a little more but to me the performance out weights the price and headache with mixing your own fuel.

110 ozs does not a gallon make!!!

Needs a better fuel oil mix

This fuel makes the machine run hot and not want to run right. When I put my own fuel mix in there the machines evened back out and ran great. With this fuel in them it almost seemed like they had less power and didn’t want to run. The canisters felt like they were only half full from the store.

Mixed perfectly, but expensive

I used to get this regularly because I always mixed my fuel inaccurately. Only issues I have is price. It’s much cheaper to purchase ethanol free gas and mix yourself.
