So far mediocre

The saw has a nice feel and starts well but when I pushed the stop button to turn it off it wouldn’t stop. I had to use the choke to stop it. First time I used it on several large driftwood logs the chain had to be tightened twice. It went through the first few logs well but than the cutting really slowed down as if the chain was now longer sharp. The jury is still out on this one but so far I’m kinda disappointed.

I gave this as a gift for my grandson in law. They are all electric but have a fireplace. He says he loves it! I am happy he can keep his young family warm even if they lose power. makes me feel better.

Makes me feel like a pro

Great price point for the quality. Chain was/is still very sharp after cutting up some very knotty maple trunks. Chain was spitting out 2-3” noodle chips the whole time. I ran at least three tanks of gas through it. She is thirsty for the bar oil so stock up. Only bad thing I found is the retaining clamp under the handle for the T-tool that’s included. Mine isn’t very tight so the tool fell out before I even walked 20yrds but no big deal I just slipped it in my pocket. I definitely recommend this product.
