Fence staples are designed to attach welded or woven fence mesh to wooden posts. They are also commonly used to attach insulation and to fasten suspended ceilings to wood framing using wire. Formed from heavy 9 gauge wire, these fence staples provide strong holding power.

Q: Are these strong enough to be used to secure a cattle panel to an overhead beam to use the panel as a trellis for a climbing rose vine?

- A: We would recommend barbed staples such as SKU 3606863, and either zip ties or galvanized wire to add extra support, since the majority of the weight will be pulling down on the staples. Over time, even barbed staples could be pulled loose.6 years agoHelpful?

These were smooth without barbs and accidentally ordered the wrong one so I can't really review them because I bought screw-ins instead because you can take him out restretch move whatever you need to do they should carry on
