These are good quality staples. Be aware though that 2-1/2 is long so pay attention to that. They are a good value as I bought these from TSC because these 5lb boxes here were cheaper per pound then buying them in 1lb boxes from other places.

These staples have a great hold on wood posts. I have a lot of topography in my pasture so I supplement wood posts with T posts to help guide barb wire on the inclines and declines. These sink in well and the double barbs hold tight into the wood even under pressure from the wire.
