Well I have tried to contact customer service about this item. No reply at all. I paid $10 more for the item then the listed price on the tag when I got it. No local store said they had it when I called. I was forced to buy online with same day local delivery. No one will answer my questions.

Might work good on some dogs but my Karakachan has hair and it doesn't work with the hair.

Bought for my lab whos always has hot spot flare ups during the summer months, thought I would give this a try. It's been only 2 days since I bought this product and it's a game changer ! Her redness/heat is gone completely, and the spots have scabs already! I will note that I have been using the product as directed on the container
