Joke if called soil

This SHOULD NOT be labeled as soil. It was almost entirely mulch. Much of is it was pine bark. Should be ashamed of taking advantage of customers. Buyer beware. $9.99 for 1.5 cu. Has tractor supply gone down the avenue of squeezing as much profit, at the detriment of customers?

Soil contained enough rocks to fill 2 inches on bottom of a 5gal pail. Some rocks size of a med potato. Other contaminents also, for example, plastic mesh
