Riding Mower Lost in Transit

I ordered lawnmower on May 15, 2026 and the standard delivery date was May 15, 2026. Several follow-up delivery dates were also missed. I called XPO shipping and they advised me the lawnmower is lost in transit and that they are in contact with Tractor Supply. On May 29, 2026, I called the Tractor Supply Customer Support Number (877) 718-6750 twice. The first time I was advised that they had many calls ad would return my call as soon as possible. The second time I remained on the line for 1 hour and no one from Tractor Supply picked-up the phone but I was left with their recurring message that my call was important and please remain on the line. Tractor Supply has not provide me any communications about this problem or what action they will take to solve it. I wanted to talk to Tractor Supply on May 29, 2026 so I could talk about the problem and request that they sent me another riding lawnmower but I guess the only way they will know what I want is by filling out this survey if they read it. I am very disappointed with their customer service.

I gave it a 4 as if you are stopped in a corner, it's hard to get it to turn. It turns easily if you are on the move with it. Other than that is a very dependable and fun to use mower.

Seaford's staff went WAY above and beyond to make sure I got the lawnmower I needed in a timely fashion. When the sale meant there was not enough stock available at the local store, they provided alternatives and worked with me every step of the way to help me transition to an electric riding mower. From the store manager to scheduler and everyone in between they were professional and helpful. They explained my options and the pros and cons of each. They made the process so easy and delivered it right to my garage within 48 hours of delivery to the store, assembled, charged and ready to mow.
I love my new mower! It cuts and turns well and is amazingly quiet. I can cut my entire 2/3 acre and still have charge left. Takes about 2 1/2 hours to fully recharge. When it gets too low to mow, there is still enough power to get back to the garage for recharging, which is super easy for this old lady. As delighted as I am with my Greenworks electric riding mower (no more driving 10+ miles for gas, no more annual maintenance, no more fumes!!) it is the customer service I received that is the best part of this experience. I rate them 30 out of ten stars!

Having problems.

Bought April 5, 2026. Tractor Supply assembled it. We have used it about 5 times. It is a nightmare to clean out the underside. Impossible, actually. My forearms to not bent the way they need to, to access the stuck on grass. It pretty much refuses to bag. It did the first time, but never again since. Now the battery charging function is having issues. It was 65%, charged it overnight, the next day it was still 65%. The manual is pretty much worthless, it refers to a “battery manual,” which I cannot find anywhere, including on the Greenworks site. It does not say anything about the headlight, whether it should be lit or not while charging.
No, I do not recommend this product.

For the underside cleaning, buildup can become difficult to access if grass is cut while damp or too much is taken off at once. Using the deck wash port (if equipped) immediately after mowing, along with a hose, can help reduce heavy accumulation and make routine cleaning more manageable. Regarding the bagging concerns, reduced collection performance is often tied to airflow restrictions. We recommend checking that the discharge chute and bagger assembly are fully clear of debris, ensuring the bags are not overfilled, and mowing under dry conditions. Blade condition can also impact lift, dull or worn blades may reduce the ability to move clippings effectively into the bagger. For the charging issue, if the battery remained at 65% after an overnight charge, please confirm the charger is properly connected, the outlet is functioning, and that all battery connections are fully seated. If available, observe any indicator lights on the charger or battery for status changes during charging.
