We had purchased this for our granddaughters for Christmas after purchasing the gas powered one from Tractor Supply that we had nothing but problems with. So we took it back and got this one which we love and the grands love it too. They are able to start it themselves and it is so quiet. Wish we would have seen it first!

Disappointing experience.

Brand new product and it is stuck in "eco" (low speed) mode from the moment batteries were installed.
Only way to change this is using the phone app, but the kart refuses to pair with the app. This is an ongoing problem for many.
I've tried with Iphones, Android and ipad devices and have tried the suggested "reset" procedure dozens of times.
Greenworks customer care can only submit claims to their China office, who take 2 days to reply with little resolution.
I was told to bring this to my local dealer, who is an hour away. Rented a truck, drove out there and was told they will not work on these given the high number of complaints.
The 1 year warranty is seemingly useless and Greenworks now tells me "all sales are final, no returns"
Really disappointed as this looks like a nice product if it worked!

Awful experience. Avoid at all costs

Hot garbage. Came with wobbly wheel, poorly assembled and spent over an hour trying to get the app to connect to get it into sport mode and it wouldn’t. Will be returning. Waste of time.

My son loves this. We purchased it fully assembled and it seems the team at Tractor Supply did a good job putting it together. In less than 2 weeks my son has driven more than 70 miles. The batteries recharge quickly and are easy to swap out for a fresh pair (I recommend getting a spare set of batteries). It’s much quieter than gas powered models and much safer for a younger child to operate (no hot engine or exhaust parts, no dangerous gasoline to mess with). We read some complaints regarding the seat belts and I agree, they are much too big and difficult to adjust. But that’s a minor issue compared to how much fun this thing is. The best part is the fact that my son can bring a friend with him thanks to the second seat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my wife to drive our grand children around our yard, but it is so fun that we cannot keep the adults from driving it. The performance is amazing and silent, even for full size adults. We now have a dedicated go-kart path with twists and turns.
