The Dutton-Lainson Goldenrod 492-5 Xtreme Block Fuel Tank Filter Element is a replacement element for Goldenrod fuel tank filters. It includes a 470-7 gasket.
- For See-Thru bowl Xtreme-Block water absorbing and biodiesel fuel tank filter models 492 and 492-3/4
- For use with common fuels including regular and unleaded gasoline, diesel fuel, gasohol, ethanol, and various fuel oils; related additives including methyl, ethyl, and isopropyl alcohol; and 100% biodiesel or biodiesel blends
- Removes microscopic particles of contaminants (rust, sand, dirt, scale, and lint) as small as 2 microns
- Advanced water detection material between two layers of Microglass traps water (up to approximately one-half cup), restricting fuel flow when it's time to replace the element
- Coated steel wire for strength and rigidity
- Includes a 470-7 gasket
