The Fill-Rite Vented Fuel Tank Cap with Base prevents pressure buildup in your fuel storage tanks. These fuel tank caps are coated with a durable powder-coat finish and designed to fit a padlock for security. The FRTCB model is a powder-coated tank vent cap. The cast iron base of the vented fuel tank cap is manufactured to fit all 4 in. NPT tank openings and includes padlock security feature.
