- A: Hello, Our Earth Science Dog Spot Repair Kit contains gypsum as a salt neutralizer to combat pet spots in your grass. If you are still having trouble getting grass to grow in those areas, perhaps try adding some of our Earth Science Fast Gypsum to the entire lawn. It is possible the salts from pet urine have built up overtime and more treatment is necessary.2 years agoHelpful?

- A: Hi there, Per the vendor: People and pets can enter the area immediately after applying, however the seed will have the best chance of establishing without pets and people walking on it. As with any product not designed for consumption, if a large amount is ingested it may cause abdominal discomfort.3 years agoHelpful?

NEVER BUYING AGAIN

I purchased 5 bags of this to repair front yard. I also purchased 1 10lb thing of Scotts. The Scotts had a dried soil and fertilizer that expands with water and protects the seeds. The Earth Science had nothing at all and as you apply thee seeds the fertilizer was all dust and get in your face lol. fast forward 4 to 5 days. the scotts seeds already were showing growth and the Earth Science was showing nothing except seeds were all bunching up and I had to keep try to spread it out everyday. Now the scotts grass is already at 3 in and very few if any of the Earth Science is just break ground in small patches if that. I will never buy this again and the cost for the Scott treatment is well worth the price !!

Good easy to use product. I have used it for some of the empty patches of no grass in my front lawn. The seeds have taken and the grass is already growing. Didn't have to use a lot of it either, so I have some saved.
