Rust

a month ago

When delivered the panels were scratched on the bottom and there was rust. I was given a very small $$ due to this. A week later they were on sale for more than my refund was. Then I got a letter stating I would be refunded the entire amount I paid but I was not, looks like someone made a lot of money off of me and now my three month old panels have rust all over!

I had asked a few times for a 16' corral panel & an associate did finally place the order We never got a call that the panel came in. I went to the store & they had gotten several in, but they still did not call & let me know my panel had come in. I had since gotten a panel elsewhere. We have been using this store for years & I am quite disappointed how this turned out.

They sold my panels I paid for to someone else. When I got back with trailer they were gone. Manager told me on the phone she would hold them, then covered for herself and told clerk she didnt talk to me
