Came broken.

Broken, poor shipping, Not happy with this over all. When we got this product we brought it in a few hours after it was delivered on a Wednesday and then opened it up on a Saturday as we were going to install it. After opening just the top of the wood crate it was broken after further opening it and inspection it was shattered in the front. Not happy that I had to pay for something to be delivered and it gets delivered broken. Thankfully I was able to take it back to my local store and they gave us a floor model of a different one just still overall annoying. Not very happy.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Instructions fail to mention alot.

The instructions fail to mention quite a bit which I learned from YouTube thank goodness or I would have ruined the ventilation process. Might want to mention this to them as you are a distributor.
