- A: Hi, Patti! Our label pages are very thin and glued down for shipping. It is quite easy for the pages to stick together. We do include mixing instructions within the label. We recommend measuring the circumference of your tree trunk from 4.5 feet up and mixing 1 ounce for every inch of circumference with 1 gallon of water. For example, a tree that is 30 inches around will need 30 ounces mixed with 1 gallon of water. Needs Instructions

No where does it say how much water to add per ounce of product. As near as I can figure out two tall bushes or two short trees takes the whole gallon bottle to treat.

Please be assured we do include full instructions on all of our products. Our label pages are glued down for shipping and very thin, so it's very easy for them to stick together. When using BioAdvanced 12 Month Tree & Shrub Protect & Feed, the mixing ratio will depend on the circumference of your tree trunk or the height of your shrubs. For trees, measure the circumference of the tree trunk from 4.5 feet up and mix 1 ounce for every inch of distance around the trunk. Add the required amount of product to one gallon of water for trees that are less than 50 inches around, and use 2 gallons of water for trees that are 50 inches around or greater. For example, a tree that is 30 inches around would need 30 ounces mixed with 1 gallon of water, while a tree that is 52 inches around would need 52 ounces mixed with 2 gallons of water. For shrubs, mix 3 ounces of the product per foot of shrub height with 1 gallon of water. A shrub that is 3 feet tall will need 9 ounces mixed with 1 gallon of water.

Green Color and White Color Versions

I've bought the Tree and Shrub 12 month protect product(liquid) for years. The prior purchases were green in color. I recently bought this product and it was a milky white color. It doesn't look the same nor does it smell the same. I thought there was a mistake in production but found out you had two different color versions. Why do you have two different color versions of this product? Having two different color versions creates confusion. Are the two different color versions exactly the same in terms of how effective they are in protecting/feeding, etc??

Each individual state has its own EPA regulations concerning the active ingredients that can be used residentially. We offer two version of BioAdvanced 12 Month Tree & Shrub Protect & Feed to meet individual state EPA restrictions. Either version of the product is just as effective, and the color has no bearing on the performance of our products.

Needed more information prior to buying

I could find very little information regarding the amount to use online. Once I had the product, the information is on the label. While I think the product is great and very effective, the information prior to buying could have saved me another 60-mile trip to the store to buy more. Would it be possible to picture all the label pages on your website? Thanks!!
