Ready to use for topical application, the Cydectin 0.5% Pour-On Cattle Dewormer is for control of roundworms, lungworms, grubs, lice and mites in cattle. Bayer's pour-on insect control provides 7 days of persistent activity against horn flies. Approved for pasture and feedlot cattle, this cydectin wormer is a great addition to your livestock gear. This cattle dewormer stands up to elements, as it's not affected by rain.

Moxidectin
CYDECTIN (moxidectin) Pour-On is a ready-to-use topical formulation intended for direct application to the hair and skin in a narrow strip extending along the top of the back from the withers to the tailhead. Due to the angular topline characteristic of most dairy breeds, it is recommended that all pour-on products be applied slowly to dairy cows. Apply to healthy skin avoiding any mange scabs, skin lesions, mud or manure. Treated cattle can be easily recognized by the characteristic purple color, which will remain for a short period of time after treatment. The recommended rate of administration is 1mL for each 22lb (10kg) body weight which provides 0.5mg moxidectin for each 2.2 lb (0.5 mg/kg) body weight.

Q: What maintenance is required for the applicator gun. Mine is probably 6 years old and still works fine. I clean it after each use but am not sure if I need to lubricate the gun felt and rubber O-rings before storing them.
