For effective parasite care, administer Cydectin Oral Drench into the mouth with standard drenching equipment. This product has a short slaughter withdrawal time of seven days but should not be given to female sheep providing milk for human consumption as a milk withdrawal time has not been established.How it Works
This product contains moxidectin, a milbemycin endectocide that has the same unique mode of action as macrocyclic lactones. It interferes with chloride channel-mediated neurotransmission in parasites, causing paralysis and subsequent parasite elimination.

Moxidectin
Cydectin Oral Drench is ready-to-use. Administer 1mL per 11lb (1 mL per 5 kg) body weight into the mouth of sheep, using any standard drenching equipment. Check dose rates and equipment before drenching. Do not overdose. Do not mix with any other products before administration. Avoid contaminating the drench solution. The recommended rate of administration for CYDECTIN Oral Drench for Sheep is 1mL per 11lb (5 kg) body weight to provide 0.2mg moxidectin/2.2 lb (0.2 mg/kg) body weight.
