    I add this supplement to there feed when I believe parasites are possible in my cattle. Cattle look good.

    A different method of administering

    I am not a huge fan of Safeguard cube because some of my buffalo don't eat it. I do like its simplicity of using, but if its not consumed, it can't work. This time I had a different idea. I occasionally give my animals Dumore Equistages as a supplement in individual 3 gl rubber tubs. I bought the Safeguard in 10 lb pelleted bags, mixed it with the Equistages, and after a few minutes hesitation (its made with alfalfa, which I don't feed) they all seemed to eat. I'll have some parasite egg counts done around the end of the week to check the results.

    Pour on vs feed

    Used this instead of pour on wormer on a vets advice due to one cow in the heard that was showing no improvement. After a week she seems to be gaining weight and slicking off winter growth. This was the second year I have had problems with this one cow. So far so good!

    Gold standard dewormer for animals. So much out there is contradictory for pig wormers. Had to order and have shipped to my local store but pickup was easy.
