[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this 4 out of 5 stars. The badges are great but I struggled with the online video instructions. It took too long to figure out that you can’t just print one badge and then another one. You have to do them in batches or one big batch. A brand new template has to be made from the beginning. Reusing a template for each batch causes problems. Of course, I could have missed something. Whatever, there was definite frustration. Oh. I did call the help desk eventually and they were great.

Perfect for events. We use magnetic badges so we don't have to deal with laynards. It's nice to customize them for each event's theme. Clients return the magnetic badges at end of event so we can recycle.
