Rated 5 out of 5 by from I found the charger lived up to its claims We needed to install an electric fence in order to curb chicken looses during the night. We purchased a solar charger from TSC. I had an older tester at home but the readings were questionable. I purchased the American FarmWorks 8-Light Electric Fence Voltage Tester & tested the fence, over 7KV at the fence. No more lost chickens. Thanks TSC .

If the fencer puts out 115 volts and direct current would be 120 volts how can the tester indicate 600 to 7000v ?

Asked by: Plow
Depending on the model of our American FarmWorks fence energizers, the no load output ranges in voltage from about 1900 volts to over 15,000 volts. Feel free to contact our Consumer Relations Team at 1-855-5-ZAREBA (1-855-592-7322) with any additional questions.
