Well built sprayer that does a good job.

I bought the WorkHorse Sprayer - 25 gallon. 2-Nozzle 12V Deluxe ATV Boomless Sprayer at the end on the spraying season last year. I left it in the box until the next spraying season and put it together in the spring. The first time I used it, I sprayed for roughly 30 minutes and it quit working. I checked everything out and found that the inline fuse was blown. Replaced the fuse and it started working again. Roughly 30 minutes later I lost pressure while spraying. After inspection, the manifold was leaking where the supply elbow is installed. I ordered the replacement manifold part, installed the part, tested the sprayer and it was still leaking. I had to order a new supply elbow because during failure #1 the elbow and o-ring was damaged by the set screw in the manifold. I installed the new elbow and everything was working properly with no leaks. Started spraying and roughly half way through the tank it stopped working. Checked the inline fuse and it was blown and melted in the fuse housing. Removed the inline fuse to see if I could at least get the sprayer to work lone enough to empty the tank and it wouldn't work. So $400 for the sprayer and $70 worth of replacement parts later, I have a big plastic tank that does nothing but hold water. I would HIGHLY recommend not buying ANY WorkHorse sprayers. Note: When you buy replacement parts they have a minimum that you have to spend before the order will process.

The box was roughed up in shipping. A fitting was broken and a few washers were missing. Called Workhorse customer service and they were extremely helpful and I received the parts a few days later. The hand held sprayer worked great for the fence line. Ran about 60 gallons through the system. Did not try the broadcaster. The assembly and operation instructions are lacking, but it was not too difficult to figure out.

Uniformity of spray pattern a bit questionable.
