Q: I asked the last question about adding a 2 nozzle boom. I do not think your answer was correct. Model #136231899 is the exact same thing with exact same pump. So why would the motor be too strong?

- A: Yes, you can absolutely add a 2-nozzle boom to the WorkHorse Sprayers G23-UTV65. The 5.0 GPM pump is not "too strong" because it features a pressure-demand switch that automatically manages the flow based on what you are using. The manufacturer officially lists this model as "Boom Ready," specifically intended for users to add boom kits later.3 months agoHelpful?
Q: Model #163711099 I see this is a spot sprayer. Does it have the three valves so that I can add a 2 nozzle boom to it as well?

- A: This sprayer does have a manifold that would allow you to connect to a boom. Current configuration on the manifold on this sprayer is one line is running to the spray wand, the center one runs to the bypass back into the tank to adjust pressure being sprayed and the third connection is capped off, that would typically be the boom connection. However, the size of the pump on this sprayer would be too large for a 2-nozzle boom. It would be recommended to use a 5 or 7-nozzle boom.3 months agoHelpful?
Q: I am using this tank and pump to water a garden and several flower plots. It keeps blowing the fuses and I keep putting new ones in. The pump will not run for more than maybe 45 minutes at a time before the fuse blows. Why does this keep happening?????

- A: Electrical: 1. The PowerFlo™ series pumps are designed for intermittent duty. Make sure that “OFF” periods are sufficient. Refer to Rapid ON/OFF Operation. Consult the factory for particular data and design criteria. 2. Be sure power supply used is adequate for the application. 3. Pump and motor specifications are based on an alternator charged battery (13.7 VDC) 4. Use sufficient battery supply power. UTV and lawn tractor batteries may affect pump performance due to low voltage and amp ratings.4 years agoHelpful?

Easy to assemble and works as designed. I would gladly pay more if it had metal manifold and valves. This is the second sprayer I have purchased. First one lasted for 5 years with moderate use.

Fairly light weight, sturdy and easy to install on my atv . sprayer has a very good range with the hand held wand. there was a small leak in the manifold that tractor supply replaced with no issues. this is perfect for small farms.
