- A: Thank you for your purchase of the 60-gallon Workhorse UTV sprayer from Tractor Supply. Chances are it's not the tips, but rather the check valve strainers may be sticking. If you move the strainer from an outlet that isn't spraying to a an outlet that is spraying, you'll probably see the no spray follows that strainer. You can try tapping on them or rapping them on a hard surface to see if that loosens the spring and viton ball. Sometimes sitting for long periods of time can cause those check valve strainers to do that. Either way, please contact our customer service team at 888-433-6631 and they'll be happy to get you some replacement strainers.Once you receive the new strainers and install them, you should see the nozzles start spraying as they should.11 months agoHelpful?

- A: the hose is 3/8". as for shut off caps, out part number 5046186 is a shut off cap for the nozzles. However, with the caps, you would need to remove the tips, caps, gaskets and strainers in each nozzle each time you wanted to shut off a nozzle, which can not only take time, but also a possibility of losing the parts. We would recommend using a two-way ball valve in line, which would allow you to shut off outer nozzles, etc., part number 5143408. you would just install these in line before each nozzle you're wishing to turn off, then with a turn of the on/off you can turn off or on the nozzle, this would shut off all nozzles that are being fed from that point. If you're looking at shutting off more of the center nozzles, also where the feeder line attaches, the cap would be the way to go.a year agoHelpful?

- A: Ward, pressure can be adjusted by opening the bypass valve, allowing solution to flow back to the tank. The more you open the valve, the less the pressure, which in turn decreases the amount of flow to the nozzles themselves.a year agoHelpful?

- A: There are no ATV mounts on this unit. The brackets on this are used to secure the unit to the UTV. It can be set in the bed of a truck, but you want to make sure that you strap it down to secure it in place.a year agoHelpful?

I like it.. the hitch doesn't fit snugly and it kinda wobbles but I put some shims around it and that works and one of the valves broke and they had to send out a replacement.. they were really good about it and had it to me in a couple days..
