Product is just ok

Product seems to work ok. It was missing half the bolts I needed to put it together with. When I went to TSC to get bolts to finish putting it together they charged me for them lol! Also one of the spray nozzles doesn’t work. So as of now I wouldn’t buy it again.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Sorry you were missing some bolts. If you had called our customer service team, they would have been happy to get you those missing parts. As for one of the nozzles, am wondering if it's the check valve strainer that's causing the issue. if you swap that strainer with a strainer from a working nozzle and then that nozzle isn't working, chances are the strainer is defective. If you call our customer service team at 888-433-6631, they'll be happy to assist you and get you what you're needing.

5-Nozzle sprayer for the win

A friend recommended getting the WorkHorse boom sprayer and assembly was fairly straightforward. I did make a mistake when connecting the second swing arm and had to remove it and attach it properly.
When I connected the sprayer to my tank and turned no the pump, only two of the five nozzles were spraying water. I removed all of the nozzles to check them and still the same two were the only ones that worked. I ended up leaving the filter off of the three that would not work and water came out of the nozzle. I may need to call support or get new filters since they may be clogged.
I do like the multiple positions that the sprayer can be adjusted to depending on grass height or surroundings.

Sorry, you haven't received this boom kit yet. We shipped it out on 1/8/26 and am showing that UPS has the package. If you contact our customer service team at 888-433-6631, they'll be happy to assist you. Once it's in UPS's hands, we have no control unfortunately. It shows the last input by UPS was that it was in Victoria, TX and that was on 1/13/26. They had this on the heading: We’re sorry, delivery is taking longer than expected. Your package has been temporarily delayed. Again, please contact our team at the number above, so that we can not only get you taken care of, but also, they will send it to our shipping department to file a claim.

Thank you for your purchase of the Workhorse 5-Nozzle Boom Kit. We acquired the Workhorse sprayer line last year and have heard similar things regarding those original manuals. Our engineers finally received all the necessary things they needed to make new files and then sent to our person that works on manuals. All Workhorse manuals have been diligently worked and revised to be more uniform to our own line of sprayers since May of this year. They have all recently been approved. If you wish to have the NEW manual, please contact our customer service team at 888-433-6631 and they'll be happy to email you a copy of it. I believe you'll be pleasantly impressed with the newer manual vs. the older one.
