Q: How far should the boom be mounted from the ground to achieve the 10 ft spray width?
9 days ago- A: The recommended operating height is 24 to 48 inches above the target you are spraying. Key Factors for Optimal Performance: Mounting the nozzle around 36 inches off the ground is the sweet spot and generally offers the best balance, providing a consistent wide-swath pattern while minimizing the risk of excessive wind drift. Pressure Management: This nozzle delivers its rated distance and overlap best when running under steady pressure (typically dialed in between 20 to 40 PSI). If the nozzle is mounted too low, you'll see a significantly narrowed swath and a heavy, concentrated application pattern; too high, and the mist becomes highly vulnerable to drifting off-target. If you are running it as part of a dual-side boomless setup, keeping both nozzles level within that 24"–48" window ensures the center overlap matches up correctly without leaving any untreated gaps.8 days agoHelpful?
Q: whas does roundup ready mean?
30 days ago- A: Great question! When a sprayer is labeled 'Roundup Ready,' it means the pump is specifically designed to be compatible with Roundup and most glyphosate-based herbicides. These components are made from materials that won't corrode or break down when exposed to those specific chemicals, ensuring your sprayer lasts longer through multiple seasons, when maintenance and cleaning instructions are followed.30 days agoHelpful?
Q: Can this be attached to a lawn mower?
2 months ago- A: This is an ATV sprayer.2 months agoHelpful?
Q: Can grazon herbicide be used in this sprayer
2 months ago- A: No, Grazon is not recommended through the pumps, as it is extremely harsh and causes issues.2 months agoHelpful?
Q: How do you purchase replacement hand sprayers? Ours froze over the winter and cracked.
9 months ago- A: Sorry that happened, please contact our customer service team at 888-433-6631 and they'll be happy to assist you with a replacement wand.9 months agoHelpful?
Q: Does this sprayer run off a 12 volt? also does it have an on and off switch that is controllable at the cab of side by side?
10 months ago- A: The pump connects to your 12V battery and there's an on/off switch located on the lead wire that runs from the battery to the pump.10 months agoHelpful?
Q: What is the rated current on the pump?
10 months ago- A: The pump on this sprayer has approximately an 8-amp draw.10 months agoHelpful?
Q: Will this work on a Utv side by side
11 months ago- A: If you can remove the tailgate, as the weight of the sprayer when full will weight approximately 250 lbs. You would also need a way to ratchet strap it down to secure the sprayer.11 months agoHelpful?
Q: Can I use the 3 nozzle for herbicides like eraser?
11 months ago- A: It would not be recommended to use, as that herbicide has surfactant in it that can cause issues with the valves in the pump. You can pretty much use any herbicide through that boom and pump that doesn't have surfactants, petroleum distillates or petroleum byproducts in it. If you're needing something with surfactants, it would be recommended to use a herbicide without it and then add a good grade dish soap, as that will give you the same effect. About 1-2 ounces per gallon that you plan on running through the pump.11 months agoHelpful?
Q: Can the nozzles be adjusted left right up down?
11 months ago- A: The nozzles are designed to spray downward.11 months agoHelpful?
