- A: Hi Dreadnaught! The wifi feature is not noted to be able to be disabled. However, pairing to a wifi connection is optional, and the wifi indicator will only flash when initially plugged in, and stop flashing after 60 seconds if you do not wish to pair with the app.a month agoHelpful?

- A: Hi Neighbor! The degree symbol will change from white to orange after 250 hours of operation. This means it is time to clean or change your filter. Once you clean or change your filter, hold down the filter button for 5 seconds until it beeps and the degree symbol turns from orange back to white.a year agoHelpful?

I bought from the Home Depot website. There was something wrong with that unit but Windmill promptly replaced it at no cost. The second unit has been great so far. It cools quietly and the app is very easy to use. Very happy and would recommend.👍

I had a problem in window AC I contacted the customer service team . They analyzed the issue and went above and beyond to provide the necessary fixes .i was just over the warranty window but they took excellent care and I’m very pleased of their services.
